Terms of Service

By subscribing to, accessing, or utilizing any services provided by IndianWorkspace (including Virtual Office addresses, GST and MCA business registration documentation, meeting room bookings, dedicated desks, and managed offices), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, partnership firm, LLP, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you possess full legal authority to bind such entity to these terms.

IndianWorkspace grants clients a non-exclusive, revocable commercial license to use the designated address solely for statutory registrations (GSTIN, MCA incorporation, ROC annual filings, MSME / Udyam), banking correspondence, and mail handling as specified in the client's subscription plan.

All documentation kits—including signed & notarized Rent Agreements, No Objection Certificates (NOC), and certified utility bills—are provided in strict compliance with current Central and State regulatory guidelines.

Physical desk access, conference room usage, and receptionist support are provided according to the quotas and specifications of the active plan.

All service plans are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) on a monthly, quarterly, or annual recurring basis as chosen during signup. Official tax invoices are issued upon successful payment with input credit eligible GST details.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the conclusion of each billing cycle unless the client provides written cancellation notice at least 30 days prior to renewal.

Failure to clear renewal invoices within 15 days of the due date may lead to temporary suspension of mail handling services and formal intimation to statutory authorities regarding address status.

The client agrees to use the registered commercial address exclusively for genuine, lawful business activities compliant with Indian law.

Strictly Prohibited Activities: Using the premises or address for illegal operations, Ponzi / multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes, unlicensed financial services, adult entertainment, gambling, or unregulated cryptocurrency businesses is strictly forbidden.

IndianWorkspace reserves the right to immediately terminate service and notify relevant law enforcement agencies without refund if fraudulent or unlawful conduct is identified.

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing thirty (30) days' prior written notice via registered email to contact@indianworkspace.com.

Upon termination, the client is legally obligated to file an amendment application with GST authorities and the Registrar of Companies (ROC) to migrate or remove the IndianWorkspace address within 30 days.

Address portability to a different hub or city during an active term is supported subject to availability and plan adjustment.

IndianWorkspace acts as a commercial workspace and documentation facilitator. We do not participate in, nor assume responsibility for, the client's commercial operations, debts, tax liabilities, or regulatory disputes.

In no event shall IndianWorkspace's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to this agreement exceed the total service fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless IndianWorkspace, its directors, and property partners from any third-party claims, penalties, or damages arising from the client's business conduct.

These Terms of Service and all related agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
