Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By using Indianworkspace services (virtual office, coworking, meeting rooms, GST/business registration support) you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We provide address services, GST-compliant documentation and business registration support subject to your active plan. All services are described in your plan agreement.
3. Payment
Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected during signup. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Address use
You may use your Indianworkspace address for lawful business purposes only — GST registration, MCA filings, courier receipt, and banking correspondence. Illegal, adult, gambling and cryptocurrency businesses are prohibited.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Address change requests during your term are subject to a nominal transfer fee.
6. Liability
Indianworkspace's total liability under any plan shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the plan in the preceding 3 months.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
