Refunds Policy

1. Setup fee refund
The one-time setup fee is fully refundable within 7 days of signup if your GST/MCA registration is rejected due to a documentation error on our side.
2. Monthly plan refund
Monthly plans are non-refundable once activated. However, unused annual plan months may be pro-rated and refunded if you cancel with 30 days' notice.
3. Address rejection
In the rare case a specific address is rejected by GST authorities and we cannot offer an alternative within 15 days, we refund 100% of the plan amount.
4. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Non-refundable items
Meeting-room bookings, courier forwarding beyond included quota, and third-party CA fees are non-refundable.
