To execute and draft customized commercial lease agreements, No Objection Certificates (NOC), and utility bills required for your GST and MCA filings.

To verify compliance with Indian anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) directives applicable to commercial real estate and business centers.

Following cancellation or termination of your plan, non-statutory records are securely purged after 90 days. Statutory tax invoices and agreement copies are retained for the mandatory statutory retention period mandated by Indian tax laws.
